Do we have spices! We have many spices. We have Cumin, Paprika, Lemon Pepper, Fajita Seasoning, and five different types of Chili just to name a few. Each is available by the pound. We mostly deliver the spices to restaurants. If you are eating Mexican food in Austin the cooks are spicing it up with spices from El Lago.

Patty,
We sell our spices in bulk. As a restaurant all you need to do is ask your driver and he can give you a price list and bring samples to qualify that the spices are what you expect.

Hi, I'm trying to find dry mole in powder form - which can be also used as a rub. Would you have anything like that? If not any ideas where I can find it in Austin?
Dear Lu, We don't have a dry mole but we sell mole in buckets and jars like the kind you find in the stores. We also have a variety of other spices. I would suggest going to a Fiesta Market. They might have something that would work or try this recipe below: * 1 oz dried onion flakes * 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder * 1 teaspoon ground cumin * 1 teaspoon dried cilantro * 1/8 tablespoon dried minced garlic * crushed dry peppers to taste This is an adaptation from a mole sauce recipe.
